No Chat Logs: Your video, audio, and text chat streams are entirely peer-to-peer (P2P). This means your data travels directly from your device to the stranger's device. We do not intercept, record, or store any of your private conversations.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To enforce our 18+ age restriction and community rules.
• To match you with other users based on your filter preferences.
• To manage your account balance and premium features.
• To utilize automated AI systems (such as Face Detection and NSFW scanning) entirely locally or through secure memory buffers, ensuring platform safety without permanent storage.

4. Moderation & Evidence Retention

If another user reports you for violating our Terms of Service, a secure, temporary screenshot of your video feed may be captured and sent to our moderation team. These evidence files are strictly confidential, used solely for enforcement purposes, and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Because FTF.live uses WebRTC technology, please be aware that your IP address may technically be visible to the person you are connected with, which is an inherent trait of P2P networks.
